Every Wednesday, its dorm treat night and I usually get asked days in advance of what we are having. Poor kids - they don't realize that I'm flexible, creative and often last minute. So finally I decided upon banana cream pie and mocha chocolate pie. The mocha one actually ended up being more like mocha pudding - the humidity does some crazy things to food here and I'm still adjusting to that. Doesn't really matter - the kids ate it anyway! We ended with a short dorm meeting and a pillow fight!
