It's been a great weekend with lots to do and lots of people to see. Yesterday we celebrated Seth's 3rd birthday and baby Jocelyn's dedication. We also enjoyed a mini concert by our friend, Lois Mullin, at church last night. She was outstanding and we loved singing along to some of her songs from her CD, Six Thousand Dollar Doors. Today we celebrated Jesus' resurrection and baby Joel's baptism.
We also consumed a lot of good food and had a lot of great laughs, especially with all the little people. They say and do such hilarious things like big brother Connor who asked where our gift for little Joel was.
Kaleb was the hit at brunch today as the "kid magnet" once again entertained some little fellows by giving them airplane rides. Mothers were asking if they could hire him. It's not the first time he's been asked that!
I was apparently tired from all this celebrating - I fell asleep reading on the couch this afternoon! It's cloudy out now and I'm feeling the urge to rent a movie and curl up on the couch with a bowl of popcorn to end the evening.
