I've been to alot of awful, filthy washrooms / squat pots in my travels through Mexico, Malaysia and Thailand. This one, found over on the east coast, was probably the worst and the smelliest I have ever encountered. And they charged me 30 sen to use it and the door didn't even shut!!!
