Random stuff

** Cool Whip, frozen orange juice concentrate and Pilsbury flaky biscuits have arrived at Cold Storage! This is a day to celebrate although the oj and the biscuits are quite expensive....maybe for a special occasion!

** I made it to the Crazy Day Sale at the Mikasa factory yesterday and got more dishes. When you buy in the warehouse sale, you are given coupons to pick stuff from the free table. I managed to get 14 free dishes and now have 12 white swirl dinner plates and 14 matching salad plates. Alas, no more cereal bowls! I also bought some fun mugs, ice cream bowls and of course, more Christmas dishes.

** The rainy season continues - some moments the sun will be shining and I will hang the laundry on the line. The next minute, the rain will be pounding down and I will be scurrying to get everything in before its all soaked. This picture is of Tim who got caught in a downpour on his motorbike.

** Every year, we host a British elementary school for half a day in the hopes that the students may choose our school when they finish grade 5. This year's theme was focused on space and the HS art teacher built this rocket ship from styrofoam. Our friend Brian was a spaceman during the science experiments!
