Last night, the student council hosted a great evening of food and fun. They started fires in the gutters for people to BBQ over. Its not as gross as it sounds - the open gutters on campus are for leaves and water. Then when nightfall came, they showed a movie on a huge outdoor screen attached to the basketball fence. We parked the van near the screen so our students could "drive in" to the movie. Campus was packed with students and their families who had come for the event. It was a great way to end the week and to begin the weekend!
