The ants go marching ...

The last few days we have been battling ants on the walls and ceiling of the dorm lounge and our apartment. We called the exterminator in and he did some spraying outside, around the perimeter of the dorm. Early next week, he'll come back to do the inside but needs everyone to be cleared out for a few hours due to the toxic powders and sprays he uses.

We have been spraying at night but that only seems to move them to another area. Today it was our apartment kitchen and office. I'm so thankful they don't come into our bedrooms. The dorm kitchen is getting worse, too, although those ants seem to be after food whereas all these other ants are just marching around in long lines, going who knows where???

They are quite remarkable little creatures and Scripture does encourage us to take notice of an ant's work ethic. Still I wouldn't mind if they found employment some other place!!
