Last night we went to the famous Red Chair stalls in Batu Ferringhi - it has some Malaysian name but all the expats just call it that because of the chairs. Kaleb found pizza and garlic bread and Annie had French fries - a taste of home. I did this Chinese pancake thing with peanut butter and Tim went for the sweet and sour fish. One thing we have noticed about Malaysians is that they love corn and eggs. You can get corn ice cream! One of the choices for my pancake was corn with peanut butter or corn with bananas. I think it will take a long time before I'm willing to try those combinations. Batu Ferringhi has great shopping stalls, too. You can get incredible deals on clothes, shoes and purses so I'll be heading back there sometime soon.
