So far, so good! We learned some very helpful things about transition, played a crazy but impacting cross cultural game and learned in depth about the Myers-Briggs inventory. The lady who presented the MBTI was over 70 years old and for 25 of those years, was a counselor at a college. She was amazing not to mention totally hilarious! I think I liked her because we share the same personality type: ENFP.
For your enjoyment, here is a brief list of the prayers some of you might pray in the different personality types:
For Bonnie who is also an ENFP: God help me keep my mind on one thing...oh, look a bird...at a time.
For Glendyne, an ESFJ, the type who are the hostesses of the world: Lord, give me patience and I mean right now!
For Julia, who I believe to be an INTJ: Lord, keep me open to other's ideas, even if they are wrong.
For Linda, the responsible ISTJ: Lord, help me begin relaxing about the little details at exactly 11:41 a.m.
For Lana and Gloria, my ESTJ friends: God, help me not to run everything but if you need some help, just ask. (Kathy, I'm guessing you are also an ESTJ!)
For Heather, whose ISFJ complimented my absent-minded ENFP: Lord, help me be more laid back and help me do it exactly right!
For Joanne, the natural born leader and ENTJ: God, help me to slow down and notrushthrougheverythingIdo!!!

Hey Shauna
That's funny. I am an ENFP too, just did a bunch of Myers-Briggs&Statton at CTS in May.
I can relate!
God Bless you in this time of training and prep.
Things are hot hot hot here in South Sask! Corn grew 2X yesterday...
HOT!!! Its been pouring rain here since Sunday.....can you send some Sask sunshine our way, please??
You're a hoot! How did you know that's what I am? Me....patience?!?
Love ya,
glendyne
Glendyne,
I knew that was your type because it said the individual is always appropriate in word, deed and dress. So the woman explaining it said that these individuals always have matching accessories and are always dressed right for the occasion. She also said these people are very gracious and hospitable in their homes. I immediately knew that was YOU!
