This is our cozy little character home that we have been trying to sell off and on for a couple of years now. We actually took it off the market last fall and started extensive renos (which are not finished yet). In the middle of the reno, a couple called to say they wanted to buy our house. We said no thanks. They called again and again and eventually came to see it. They want to buy it and cost doesn't seem to be a factor so tonight they are going to "make us an offer we can't refuse"!!
Where will we go? Have no idea yet. I don't mind tenting for awhile if the weather is good. But right now the snow along with minus 20 wind chill poses a slight problem.
