Today, we were blessed by a dear little fifth grade ESL girl named Clara, who brought us two buns and some rice krispie squares for our lunch along with this note:
To Uncle Tim and Ant Shauna
Hello Uncle Tim and Ant Shauna, I am named Clara and I am fifth grade. Do you know Laurian? He is my friend. Laurian lives in Chandler dorm right? Well yesterday I wanted to find Laurian and ask him about you but I couldn't find him so I went to your dorm. Sarah and Sarah's friend told me that you are very kind and Ant Shauna likes flowers. They also told me that you like cookies and pretty funny. Sarah also told me that sometimes you are fuzzy. Please forgive me because some words or some grammer would wrong. I am not good at Engrish. See you and have a wonderful weekend. When I saw Ant Shauna she looked like very kind.

Hi Shauna: don't you just want to give her a huge hug! We are taking two Korean students (grade 8 and 9) for five weeks the middle of January and I pray that they are just as sweet as Clara. Have a great day!
Love,
Heather
So sweet!! That must have just warmed your heart!!
That's so cute! Very similar to wording I hear at school. The whole learning ESL is tricky!
Fuzzy??
