Thanksgiving

We celebrated American Thanksgiving with a huge turkey meal that was cooked by our wonderful cafeteria staff and hauled up to our dorm by the guys. We invited the HS math teacher and his wife, who teaches Spanish, along with their five kids plus Aunt Nellie, the school nurse, to join us. While the others were away on the boat trip, a few of us moved all the furniture out of the lounge and set up tables to accomodate 23 of us. It was a lot of good food, good fellowship and good fun before the evening came to a close. "Give thanks to the Lord, our God and King, his love endures forever!"

How lovely the room looks - and no kids table. How wonderful to celebrate by sharing with others on campus. You set a wonderful example.
