These are Kaleb's jot notes from a speech he gave at Prayer Meeting on Wednesday evening.
Dishonesty
- we all know its bad but a lttle here and there can't hurt, right?
- used to lie a lot; I'm a decent liar and I covered my tracks no matter what the crime
- but God has convicted me of this
- this summer the Lord impacted me and I changed
- didn't really notice it at the time but now looking back I can see that I have changed
- my lying has cut back to a slight bit...I'm not perfect
- this week I had someone ask for help on a test, cheating
- I flatly said 'no'
- it would have been a little dishonesty with huge consequences
- dishonesty is not only lying but cheating and stealing
- a good example to follow: Achan in the book of Joshua, he stole some silver and gold
- Joshua gets him to confess but Achan is stoned to death anyway
- punishment not that harsh nowadays but consequences can still be bad if you continue to be dishonest
- this is what God put on my heart to share

I'm so proud to be Kaleb's grandma!Thank you, Lord, for dealing with him at this young age.
Wow! I'm impressed. He is growing up so fast.
