Chandler dorm LOVES to eat!! For after school snack, I made fried cheese tortillas with spaghetti sauce. They were a huge hit - in fact we ran out. So tonight, Naomi made up another batch for our 9 p.m. snack and they were gone as fast as she could fry them.
Abbie also made a pan of brownies - they smelled so good! But we decided to take them over to Jaffray dorm for Uncle Tim to use as snack. His wife, Aunt Vi, is still back in the States trying to get her American citizenship worked out and he's parenting 17 kids by himself. So hopefully our pan of brownies will be an encouragement to him!
