Update

Sorry I've been off the radar for a while - things are now officially in panic mode. We have to be out of the house a day earlier than planned (Thursday midnight instead of Friday) so we are in high gear around here.

I finished work on Friday after spending two days orientating my replacement, Tina. She is a wonderful and sweet person who will do very well. Friday night they held a farewell party for us at Doug and Glendyne's. It was a mystery supper along with some games that had a Malaysian twist. It was a great time to be with good friends and the affirmation we received was very kind and much appreciated. Thanks also to all of them for the webcam!

Today is Tim's last day of work. After this, he'll be hauling our furniture all over the place - some to the lake, some to Regina, some to friend's homes. Pray for strength and efficiency of time.

Yesterday we said good bye to our church family. That was hard, especially for the kids. We have some very dear friends there. On Friday the kids are finished school - another difficult thing to walk away from. But thankfully we have the pool party planned for Saturday so there will be a solid opportunity for good byes then.

So our schedule has changed slightly if you have been following it:
June 15 - out of house (staying at Brad and Renee's house June 14, 15 & 16)
June 17 - pool party for kids (stay in Avonlea for the night)
June 18 - leave for Michigan
June 19 - in Chicago at Tim's sister's house
June 20 - stop in Holland, Michigan, at Tim's brother's house
June 20 - in Midland, Michigan, at Tim's parent's house/brother's house
June 24 - head to New York for training
July 7 - head back to Michigan to see Tim's sister from Atlanta
July 11 - head back to Saskatchewan
July 12 - arrive at Arlington Beach
July 21 - fly out
