Scattered Thoughts

• William Shakespeare was born on this day in 1564. His works are truly timeless classics when you think that students today are still studying his writings. I know because Kaleb just finished a whole unit on Julius Caesar and has taken to quoting certain things from it!
• Yesterday was our first of many moving sales. It went well despite the wind earlier in the day. We got rid of a lot of stuff but still have plenty we have to unload. Tim is at the lake today bringing back the retro furniture from the cabin for our sale this coming weekend.
• Yesterday was also the warmest day so far of the season. So how come we woke up to snow on the deck this morning? Only in Saskatchewan!
• Congratulations to my good friend and fellow youth sponsor, Kelle, who became engaged on the weekend!! Her fiance, Michael, is moving to Regina from Winnipeg at the end of the month so hopefully Kelle's phone bills will be normal again :)
• And congratulations to Jeremy and Jenna, who announced last night at church that they are expecting a wee bambino! They have a big move coming up also.
• To Wendell, Lana, Brody and Whitney - our best thoughts are with you for Wendell's new job and your move to Calgary asap. Rosewood is going to miss the four of you and your kind hearts and willing spirits.
• To Gord and Bonnie & Dave and Ev - blessings of peace for today and the days ahead.
