to the drivers on Highway #11 between Regina and Lumsden. Yes, I would be the women in the green Windstar van, driving about 100 clicks. Sorry for the speed, or lack thereof, but my van is a serious gas hog and with prices at $1.14/litre, I truly can't afford to travel much faster than that.
