Acts 6/7 Leadership

From the Books of Acts, here is a list of qualities that leaders display as they grow and become more confident in their role. Check it out to see where you might fall.

Acts 1: The Called Leader - the first step is to receive and respond to the call of God
Acts 2: The Contributing Leader - the leader's functions are foundational to the organization
Acts 3: The Outwardly-Focused Leader - only a few leaders achive this stage of leadership where they must move beyond being comfortable and step out into the unknown
Acts 4: The Passionate Leader - so enthused and sold out on his mission that his leadership motivates many to follow
Acts 5: The Bold Leader - takes incredible steps of faith and make tough calls that few others will because he/she knows the mission and purpose so well (fewer than 1% of leaders reach this level)
Act 6/7: - The Legacy Leader - seeks to equip others, deflects recognition from themselves, makes decision that will be of benefit long after they are gone, quick to praise others and to accept responsibility for things gone wrong
